OUR CLIENTS:

· Will receive customized consulting and training services designed to develop and strengthen their cultural competencies. We recognize that all individuals, companies and organizations aren’t the same. Therefore, the services we provide can’t be “one size fits all.”  They have to be tailored to meet your unique needs. 

· Will gain a greater understanding of diversity dynamics and the very real impacts of cultural differences on their daily experiences. 

· Will develop a greater awareness of their own roles, responsibilities and empowerment related to equity and diversity.  Effective diversity training cannot exclusively examine the experiences of others. Our services are participant-centered, focusing first on how multiculturalism impacts our communities locally.  We believe that once people are empowered to act locally, their good works can then benefit our regional, national and global communities as well. 

· Will learn practical strategies for putting their multicultural knowledge to practice.  Too many people leave diversity training experiences with greater understanding of the challenges experienced in living and working in diverse communities but few concrete strategies for being more effective.  Our services are committed to helping clients achieve praxis—putting theory to practice.
